Theo Roffe (standing on the shoulders of Ray Whitlock and Hugh Kimball) brings you the concurrent Last Chance 400K and 600K ACP Brevets(choose one or the other when registering). These are the last brevets of the season which can be used to complete your PBP 2019 qualifying series. Mark Thomas has slightly modified the Chuckamano Views 400K that Adam Glass and Mitch Ishihara put together for the 2017 Spring 400K and added on a very scenic 200K. The 400K and 600K rides follow the same first-day route with the exception that the 400K adds on a little bit the first day at the north end after lake Whatcom to make it a full 400K while the 600K riders get to skip the 14 km out and back.
The ride leaves from the Bear Creek Park and Ride in Redmond, goes out to and around Camano Island, goes up and over Chuckanut Drive to Fairhaven, heads over to Lake Whatcom and then heads south back to Redmond. For the 600K, the final 212 km heads out through Carnation to the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie, back to Issaquah, south to Black Diamond and then back north through Renton and back to Redmond.
